PERSON STATS

  WARHURST, Paul
Born In Stockport On 26/09/1969  England
Player

Much travelled one-time Premier League winner Paul Warhurst joined Barnet in March 2006; bringing some much needed experience to a faltering side.

After playing a role in ensuring the Bees safety in League Two, despite his advancing years, he was given a new one year contract for the 2006/07 season. During which he played in almost every position, including the role of emergency striker on a number of occasions.

It was apparent however that Pauls legs were on their way out and at the end of the campaign, so was he. He spent one more year playing, turning out in the Blue Square Premier for Northwich Victoria, with whom he was briefly caretaker manager, before hanging up his boots in 2008.
