SINCLAIR, Dean Born In Luton On 17/12/1984  England Player Signed by Paul Fairclough following his release by Norwich in the summer of 2004. He signed with something of a point to prove that Norwich were wrong to let him go and he certainly made a case for it. An explosive first season at Barnet saw the side win the Conference and Dean receive numerous plaudits, chipping in with a few goals and a lot of assists. He carried his form on in the early part of the 2005/06 season in League Two, although his form took a little dip mid-way through the season, he was an important part of the team that survived in their first year back in the 92. In 2006/07 Deano was far more consistent again, contributing 8 goals from midfield. He got his final one in his final game for the Bees, in a 2-1 win at home to Wycombe, on the last day of the campaign. He was out of contract that summer and wanted to chase his ambitions of making his way back up the leagues. Fellow London club Charlton Athletic came and signed him and with Dean being under 24, they had to pay £125,000, the verdict of a tribunal. Unfortunately for Dean, it hasn’t really worked out at the Valley. He has still yet to break into the first team and has had to settle for first team football in the form of loan spells at Cheltenham Town and Grimsby Town.
