PERSON STATS

  MILLARD, Ricky
Born On 03/05/1984  England
Player

Ricky was the perennial nearly man at Barnet.

The goalkeeper was with the club from a young age, but never really made the grade. He was first named as a sub at the tender age of 16 by Tony Cottee away to Walsall in the FA Cup 2nd Round in December 2000. He was regularly used in the squad in the 2001/02 season, but didnt make his competitive first team bow until the final three games of the 2002/03 season.

However, he didnt get the chance to establish himself as number one, as new goalkeepers came and went over the following summer. Ricky remained with Barnet as back up until promotion in 2005, where he was allowed to leave at the end of his contract.

After Barnet, he had brief spells with a few non-league clubs, before retiring from the game.
