FURLONG, Paul Born In Wood Green On 01/10/1968  England Joined On 03/08/2009 Player Man or machine? 40 years old, but still playing with all the enthusiasm and ability of someone half his age. After a much travelled career, Pauls here this year for one final hurrah with the Bees. A fantastic loan spell when he joined from Southend in January led to him signing permanently on the eve of the new season. 9 goals in 21 games during his loan spell played a big, big part in Barnet maintaining their football league status last term. His partnership with John OFlynn looking like one of the best at Barnet for many a year. Offers a lot to the team, on and off the pitch and is still a real predator in front of goal. Just an absolute beast.
