BOLASIE, Yannick Born In Lyon (France) On 24/05/1989  D.R. Congo Joined On 09/07/2009 Player This young winger is in his second loan spell at Barnet, having first linked up with the Bees shortly after Ian Hendons appointment, then as caretaker manager, in January 2009. Yannick did enough to impress during his spell with the Bees in the second half of last season, for him to re-join Barnet in mid-July. Youd be hard pressed to call him the slowest player youve seen for Barnet. The phrase shit off a shovel springs to mind, to say the least. Despite being on-loan from a Championship club, Yannick does have many of the typical attributes of a lower league winger. Hes got plenty of tricks and bundles of enthusiasm, but you sense at times even hes not quite sure what hes trying to do and when things arent coming off, he does appear to sometimes lack ideas. Nonetheless, certainly a player youd rather have playing for you than against you in League Two. Dont bet against Bolasie becoming a fully fledged Barnet player at some point in the not too distant future, if he doesnt make the grade at Plymouth.
